Hirsch Vineyards is located within the Fort Ross-Seaview AVA (American Viticultural Area), which is wholly enclosed within the West Sonoma Coast AVA.

As with all things, Hirsch Vineyards has a visible outer side, and an inner, hidden foundation.

In most vintages, our wines are expressive and drinkable soon after release. Yet due to their structure and fruit density, there is also the potential for extended aging.
