Winemaker Letters

The wines in this release are across the board deeply exciting and interesting.

The 2022 vintage shone its light equally on the East Ridge and West Ridge Pinot Noirs, resulting in superb examples of both bottlings.

The result is some of the finest wines we’ve ever seen at Hirsch. The Pinots have an effortless balance of fruit concentration with structure, graced with aromatic complexity and a glossy texture.

There is one word that comes to mind when I think of our Family Blend: joy.
